- completed traineeship or several years of professional experience as a composite technician
- good knowledge of written and spoken English
- confident communication skills and willingness to work in a team

- performing repairs and sealing on structural components in metal and fiber-composite material
- grinding tasks and paint preparations
- tool and material preparations
- dismounting and installing components
- documentation of all maintenance work
