What you offer
- university degree in aeronatuical engineering or sales&marketing combined with aeronautical training or equivalent experience in commercial aviation
- expertise of airlines/aircraft and customers in the area as well as in aircraft maintenance management
- high level of technical and commercial communication and presentation skills
- knowledge of contracts and aviation regulations
- fluent in english, other languages are a bonus
These are your tasks
- coordinate and manage projects from commercial perspective as a focal point of contact for the customer representatives
- liaise internally to ensure contractual compliance and a smooth flow pre, during and post project as well as with the customer to conduct negotiations fro additional hours/costs of the project
- maintain customer relationship and support customer team on site for the life cycle of the project
- ability to resove contractual issues or advise Head of Sales/Head of Customer Support on issues unable to resolve
- participate and make notes during customer and internal department meetings and create a sales handover to production department
