What You Offer
To succeed as a full-time PPC Administrator at Hangar 901, you bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in HR or production planning is a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and communication abilities
Your Responsibilities
As a PPC Administrator, you will:
- Analyze production requirements and develop resource allocation plans
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide administrative support to production managers and assist with contractor onboarding (Erfurt and Hahn)
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in production
- Act as a liaison between quality assurance and production planning for training and knowledge transfer
- Respond to unforeseen events or emergencies affecting production schedules
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues
- Report daily KPIs and monitor working hours in production
- Achieve internal benchmarks and performance indicators
